Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Dmitry Maklakov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Translucent.
Translucent shoots in for a takedown but Velassco shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Velassco lands a nice looking body kick.
Translucent uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Velassco.
Translucent pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Velassco clobbers Translucent with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Translucent avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
We've been told by Velassco's head coaches at Academy of Combat that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Velassco lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Translucent has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Translucent and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Velassco scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Translucent changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Velassco tries to avoid it but Translucent manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Velassco to the ground. Velassco escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Translucent shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Velassco wants to improve his position but Translucent is controlling well.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Translucent seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Translucent throwing shots but Velassco is blocking nicely.
Translucent is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Translucent drops an elbow to the side of Velassco's head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Translucent is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Mr Translucent will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Translucent connects with a solid leg kick.
Translucent is still on wobbly legs! Can Velassco finish him?
Translucent tries to score a power double leg takedown but Velassco sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Translucent somewhat.
Velassco fakes the body blow, causing Translucent to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Translucent goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
