Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brian Coffey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hakuru Jakuto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Brian Coffey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hakuru Jakuto! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Dmitry Maklakov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jakuto throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Coffey tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jakuto is in Coffey's guard. Coffey thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Coffey lands an upkick as Jakuto stands over him. Coffey wants to sweep but no luck. Coffey manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Coffey connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Jakuto tries to hold on but Coffey postures up. Jakuto wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Coffey.

That's one minute gone in the round. Coffey avoids the attempt from Jakuto to control. Coffey looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Jakuto is wriggling around trying to escape.
Jakuto is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Jakuto's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Coffey prevents Jakuto from getting the reversal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Coffey looking to finish Jakuto with some ground and pound. This is bad for Jakuto! Jakuto tries to hold on but Coffey postures up. Coffey dominating with strikes here.
Jakuto is rocked! Coffey is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jakuto can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Jakuto is still in real trouble! Can Coffey finish him? Coffey postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Jakuto looks a forlorn figure.
Coffey lands a heavy elbow. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jakuto is bucking up trying to escape but Coffey cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coffey jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Jakuto manages to avoid the submission attempt. Jakuto looks winded! Coffey tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Jakuto wants to get back to his feet but Coffey drags him back down. Coffey looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Coffey decides to take the fight back to the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jakuto slaps away a takedown attempt from Coffey, before circling back to the center of the mat. Jakuto seems to have recovered his senses. Jakuto moves into the clinch. Coffey leaning against his opponent.
Coffey is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jakuto gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Jakuto lands a takedown into guard.
Coffey manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jakuto manages to get himself to full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Coffey throws a strike but Jakuto rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Coffey is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jakuto is controlling him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Coffey tries to keep at a distance but Jakuto has taken the fight into the clinch. Come on Coffey - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Coffey lands on the inside with an uppercut. Coffey has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Jakuto clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Coffey avoiding Jakuto 's attempts to control his hands. Brian Coffey overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jakuto rolls, trying to escape but Coffey keeps control of the position.
Coffey looking for the choke from the back. Coffey is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Coffey gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Coffey gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Coffey apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Jakuto rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Coffey moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Jakuto circles away from the clinch attempt and Jakuto counters with a leg kick. Jakuto is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jakuto has closed the distance and engaged Coffey in a clinch.
Coffey is fighting off a takedown attempt but Jakuto is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Coffey to the mat. Coffey regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Coffey is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Coffey drops an elbow to the side of Jakuto's head. Coffey throwing shots but Jakuto is blocking nicely. Jakuto wants to improve his position but Coffey is controlling well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jakuto has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Coffey is working away from the top position though. Coffey seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coffey is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jakuto is just riding it out for now. Coffey eventually gives up the hold. Jakuto is trying to maintain the position but Coffey is very close to passing his half guard. Coffey is trying to work for a kimura but Jakuto is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jakuto wants to control but Coffey is keeping busy and won't allow it. Coffey scoring with strikes to the body and head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Coffey working over Jakuto with some ground and pound. Jakuto looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Coffey is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Jakuto wants to lay and pray for a moment but Coffey keeps working. Coffey tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Jakuto has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jakuto looking to control but Coffey is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Coffey is looking to improve his position but Jakuto isn't that keen on the idea. Jakuto punishing his opponent with strikes. Jakuto wants to control the pace but Coffey is squirming around nicely. Jakuto lands a big elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jakuto is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Coffey to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Coffey shrugs it off. Jakuto blocks Coffey's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Coffey throwing hammer fists to the chest of Jakuto. What's that going to do exactly? Coffey wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Coffey can't escape the position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hakuru Jakuto has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Brian Coffey is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Coffey sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
