Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gegard Mousasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kelvin Garnett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mousasi comes to the cage accompanied by Ratamahatta. Garnett comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Kelvin Garnett told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Garnett avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Mousasi gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Garnett misses with a wild body shot.
Garnett takes a swing at Mousasi's ribcage but misses.
Garnett uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mousasi.
Mousasi fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Garnett checks it well.
Garnett throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Garnett walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Mousasi checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Garnett has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Mousasi is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Garnett lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Mousasi throws a sloppy head kick and Garnett moves out of range easily.

Mousasi pivots, looking for a leg kick but Garnett is out of range and Mousasi settles back down.
