Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lars Kenardly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kenardly comes to the cage accompanied by Strokin. Lars Kenardly has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lars Kenardly! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Daniel Price! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kenardly gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Price to score an easy takedown into full guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Price works a leg free and moves into half guard. Kenardly is staying active underneath Price, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Price stops Kenardly from getting back to his feet.
Kenardly blocking the ground and pound attempt from Price. Price has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Price winds up and cracks Kenardly with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Kenardly wants to control but Price is keeping busy and won't allow it. Price trying to pass the guard but Kenardly defending well. Kenardly manages to get to full guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Price stands and throws Kenardly's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Price cracks Kenardly with a big right hand but Kenardly just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Price working away. Kenardly on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Kenardly wants to get back to his feet. Price advances to full mount. Price avoids the attempt from Kenardly to control. Price looking to finish Kenardly with some ground and pound. This is bad for Kenardly! Price has control of Kenardly's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Kenardly regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Price lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Price cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kenardly tries to hold on but Price postures up. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Kenardly is squirming around, avoiding Price's attempts to control the action. Kenardly in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Price raining down shots from the mount! Price lands a nice shot to the head. Price won't let Kenardly get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Price is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kenardly is surviving well by controlling Price's body position as best he can. Kenardly knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Price on the ground. Price lands with some strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Price with a couple of short strikes. BOOM! Price connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Price scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Kenardly is rocked! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee warns Kenardly that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Oh Kenardly is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Price lands a big shot to the head and Kenardly winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Daniel Price! In his post fight interview, Daniel Price started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
