Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jun Xian Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Oquendo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lee might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Europa by Globus. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

28 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jose Oquendo!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee digs a good body shot into Oquendo's ribs.
Oquendo dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lee. That did some damage!
Oquendo throws a leg kick but Lee sees it coming and checks it nicely.
A swing and a miss from Oquendo.
Lee does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Oquendo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lee.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Oquendo has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
A cross from Lee lands.
Oquendo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lee.
Lee paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
That kick from Lee tenderised Oquendo's leg. Oquendo is trying to keep his angry face on.
Lee lands a body shot.
Oquendo looks winded!
Oquendo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lee.
Oquendo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Oquendo manages to avoid it.
An inside leg kick from Oquendo misses.
Lee connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Lee feints and then cracks Oquendo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Oquendo down.
Lee thumps Oquendo with a low kick.
Lee thuds his right hand into Oquendo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
It looks like Jose Oquendo has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lee works the jab nicely.
Lee scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Lee ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A head kick misses from Lee.
Oquendo attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Lee uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Lee connects with a looping right hand.
Oquendo is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lee throws a pinpoint strike between Oquendo's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Oquendo crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Lee scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jun Xian Lee!
