Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Baha Beison!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stanley throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Beison tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Stanley is in Beison's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Stanley wants to control from the top but Beison keeps moving.
Stanley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Beison swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Baha Beison.
The fighters circling - Beison throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Stanley escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Beison gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Stanley had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Beison defends it easily.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Beison swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
No joy there for Beison, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Beison throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A combination from Beison does no damage.
Beison lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stanley circles away quickly and effectively.

Baha Beison is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Stanley takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Beison throws a nice looking combination but Stanley bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Beison's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Beison duly obliges.

Beison swings wildly with an uppercut but Stanley uses good head movement to avoid it.

Stanley needs to keep his hands up - Beison had a free shot at his head there.
Beison feints a jab promting Stanley to slip. Beison then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Stanley slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Beison rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stanley moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Baha Beison seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Beison might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Beison gets caught flat footed, as Stanley shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Stanley thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Marvin Stanley.
I think Beison has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
