PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gold Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ishikawa Goemon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wolf comes to the cage accompanied by True Blood. Goemon is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Beginning is the End. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolf jabs Goemon to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Goemon walks into a jab.
Goemon connects with a solid leg kick.
Goemon tries to close the distance and clinch but Wolf swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Goemon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wolf paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ishikawa Goemon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Goemon postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Goemon tries to lock up and control but Wolf gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Goemon dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Wolf. That did some damage!

That was a close second round but I would say that Gold Wolf will probably get the nod.
