The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Cows with that takedown attempt.
Benedict throws a nice outside leg kick.
Benedict lands with a thumping leg kick.
Benedict lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Benedict. Cows shrugs it off though.
Cows fails with the takedown.
Benedict turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Benedict has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Cows should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Benedict has tightened it up now! Cows should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
