Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Seth Cohen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dalek Gallifrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gallifrey has chosen Resist the Thought- Extermination as his entrance music. Dalek Gallifrey told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gallifrey has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Cohen seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Gallifrey can turn it around.

Cohen digs a right hand underneath Gallifrey's ribcage. Gallifrey let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Cohen gets through Gallifrey's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Cohen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Cohen, right into the meat.
Nice uppercut lands for Cohen. That snapped Gallifrey's head back.

A looping hook to the body misses from Cohen. Gallifrey does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cohen fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Gallifrey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cohen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Cohen scores with a sloppy right hand. Gallifrey should have avoided that one.

and Cohen counters with a crisp one two that drops Gallifrey! Cohen thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Gallifrey to his feet! Gallifrey is in big trouble!

Gallifrey drops his hands momentarily. Cohen doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Gallifrey staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Gallifrey doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
