Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Kavanagh and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Burks.
Burks slaps away a takedown attempt from Cooper, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Cooper closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Burks to the mat! Burks manages to get full guard.
Cooper avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Burks will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Burks working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cooper doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cooper manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Burks is rocked!
Cooper loads up on a big left hand. Burks felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Cooper looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Burks can't hide his disappointment, as Cooper celebrates the victory.
