The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Smith rushes Be and presses him up against the cage.
Smith lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Be is trying to pull guard but Smith has him pressed against the cage.
Smith is leaning against Be and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Smith stalling in the clinch.
Smith makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Smith prevents the takedown attempt.
Smith lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Be backwards.
Smith lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Be backwards.
Smith throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Bes head.
Be tries for a takedown but Smith manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eric Be. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Smith scores with a shot to the side of Be's head.
Be wants to take the fight to the mat but Smith manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Smith creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Be drops down looking for an ankle pick but Smith pulls his leg out and moves away.
Smith scores with a three punch combo!

It looks like Eric Be has been cut.
Smith lands a jab.
Be shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Smith looks to land a combination. Be sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Be is rocked!
Be drops his hands for a split second and Smith immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Be face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Smith follows up with a right hand that knocks Be into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
