Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between jasx sjis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Criss Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Criss Angle has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, jasx sjis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Criss Angle!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Angle.

Angle decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
sjis has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Angle is working away from the top position though.
sjis regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Angle.
sjis utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
sjis is looking to stand up but Angle isn't so interested in that idea.
Angle passes sjis's left leg - he's now in half guard.
sjis pushes Angle off looking to stand but Angle dives back in and keeps control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Angle not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
sjis tries to kick Angle off but Angle keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
sjis is trying is best to control the position here.
sjis knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Angle on the ground.
Angle throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Angle missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Angle lands a nice short elbow.


sjis is rocked!
Angle moves nicely into side control.
Oh sjis is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Angle tries for a kimura but sjis is defending well.
Angle looks gassed!
Angle looks up at the clock and then as sjis takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Angle smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
sjis could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Angle scoring with punches from side control.
Angle landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Angle has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
sjis struggling a bit here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
sjis takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Angle looks up at the clock and then as sjis takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Angle smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Angle is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but sjis is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. sjis takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
sjis tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Angle is putting a hurting on sjis here, landing some big shots from side control.
Angle sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but sjis is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Angle working the ground and pound but sjis is defending the strikes.

Angle is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but sjis is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
sjis is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Angle has hold of sjis's arm. He's looking for a kimura. sjis seems comfortable defending it but Angle has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! sjis is real pain and he's forced to tap out! sjis is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Angle couldn't care less - he's delighted!
