Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Julio El Toro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, To Hak! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yuuki Gou and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! El Toro punishes Hak's body with a nice straight punch. El Toro lands a lovely overhand right. Hak throws a head kick that misses. Good work by Hak as he checks the leg kick. El Toro thows a body shot but no joy. El Toro stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hak. El Toro shoots in for a double leg but Hak sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. El Toro takes a swing at Hak's ribcage but misses. A jab from Hak misses. Decent striking displayed by Hak there. Hak uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from El Toro. Hak lands with a good body shot. Julio El Toro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. El Toro swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hak. This has been an exciting period of action! El Toro ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Hak looks to throw the jab but El Toro is out of range. Hak uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from El Toro.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hak misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hak throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

To Hak is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. El Toro takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Hak throws a big shot that misses. Hak instigates a clinch. El Toro looking to stall.
El Toro has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Hak clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! El Toro throwing sloppy strikes. El Toro punishes Hak with strikes from the back mount. You can see the frustration on Hak's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! El Toro scores with punches to the body. Hak is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get El Toro off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. El Toro landing with strikes. El Toro is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Hak knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Hak for a finish. Hak rolls, trying to escape but El Toro keeps control of the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. El Toro lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Hak hold on?!
Hak wants to escape the position.
Hak is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if El Toro gets his way!
El Toro has the hooks in. Hak is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. El Toro is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Hak is defending well though. El Toro let's go of the attempt for now. This has been an exciting period of action! Hak has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from El Toro.
That's four minutes gone in the round. El Toro looking for the RNC. Hak tries to escape the position.
El Toro scores with strikes from the back.
El Toro is not going to allow Hak to sit and survive in this position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hak tries to escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Julio El Toro dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
El Toro misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Good standup being displayed there by El Toro as he connects with a hook. Hak blocks a head kick by El Toro.
El Toro throws a leg kick which misses Hak's front leg but catches the back leg as Hak tries to avoid it. Hak misses with a lunging right hand
and El Toro counters with a takedown into side control. El Toro working the ground and pound. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! El Toro creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Hak sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Hak is looking to regain half guard here but El Toro keeps moving and retains side control. El Toro fails to land a wild elbow strike.

That's one minute gone in the round. Hak is trying to get back to half guard. El Toro cracks Hak with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Hak is rocked! Hak taking punishment in the form of punches.
Hak is still in real trouble! Can El Toro finish him? El Toro wants to control but Hak is keeping him busy. El Toro postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Hak seems to have recovered his senses. El Toro works to advance to full mount. Hak defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Hak is trying to escape the mount.
A big strike lands for El Toro! That's really hurt Hak and he's turned his back - El Toro keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! El Toro jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
