Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Muay Thai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankestein Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thai kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Town Called Malice. Mir has chosen SURF RIDER!!! by The lively ones! as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Muay Thai has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thai avoids the head kick by Mir.
Mir is trying hard to land a takedown here. Thai sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Thai enables Mir to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Thai manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Mir with a flurry of punches that miss.
Thai is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Mir trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Thai wants to stand up but Mir is controlling him.
Mir throws an elbow that misses. Thai uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mir's guard. Nice move by Thai!

Mir has his foot on Thai's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Thai works his way back into a safe position though.

Mir wants to sweep here but Thai controlling him for the moment.
Mir lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Thai!
Mir misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Thai is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Mir tries to control but Thai wriggling away.

Mir throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mir connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
It looks like Muay Thai has been cut.
Mir is working for a guillotine from mount but Thai frees his head quite easily.
Thai wants to hold on but Mir pushes him away.
Mir can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Thai is looking to escape.
Thai working to try and regain half guard.

Mir thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Thai avoids a series of strikes thrown by Mir.
Mir is landing with some decent strikes but Thai is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Muay Thai's cut is getting worse.
Thai taking shots to the head.
Jeez, Muay Thai's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Muay Thai's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

An out of breath Frankestein Mir thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
