Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Donald Cerrone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Percival Noffsinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cerrone comes into the arena with Cowboy blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Donald Cerrone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Percival Noffsinger! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cerrone listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Noffsinger tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Cerrone looks to throw a body kick and Noffsinger counters with a body kick. Noffsinger drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Noffsinger working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Cerrone knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Noffsinger on the ground. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The ground and pound from Noffsinger seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Cerrone defending against the ground and pound. Noffsinger trying to control the position but Cerrone is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noffsinger scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Cerrone to see if he's OK. Cerrone managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Noffsinger.
Noffsinger looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Noffsinger fails to land a wild elbow strike.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Noffsinger is looking to take a break and control but Cerrone is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Noffsinger swings around for an armbar but Cerrone sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Noffsinger's guard. Cerrone will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cerrone won't allow Noffsinger to get back to his feet. Cerrone has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Noffsinger is proving hard to escape from. Cerrone sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Donald Cerrone has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Cerrone misses with an attempted mid kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cerrone gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Cerrone preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Noffsinger slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Cerrone utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Noffsinger throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Cerrone works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Noffsinger sitting in guard here, content to control. We've been hearing good reports from Cerrone's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Let's hope that Noffsinger has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Noffsinger is pushing down on Cerrone's leg trying to pass to half guard. Cerrone is fighting to maintain full guard but Noffsinger has managed to sneak the leg through. Noffsinger missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Noffsinger throwing shots but Cerrone is blocking nicely. Noffsinger thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Noffsinger with the ground and pound but Cerrone uses the opportunity to regain guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Noffsinger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cerrone swivels though and keeps the full guard. Cerrone keeping moving, preventing Noffsinger from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Percival Noffsinger dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Noffsinger walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Cerrone misses with a double jab
and Noffsinger makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Noffsinger takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nice body kick from Cerrone. Good work by Noffsinger as he checks the leg kick. Noffsinger tries for a takedown but Cerrone sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Noffsinger checks a leg kick nicely. Cerrone feints and then cracks Noffsinger's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Noffsinger down. Cerrone misses with a hook. Noffsinger ducked under it nicely. Cerrone swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Nice uppercut there from Cerrone. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cerrone throws a nice looking combination but Noffsinger bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Cerrone fakes the leg kick and cracks Noffsinger in the body. Cerrone misses with a head kick.
Noffsinger takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Noffsinger has closed the distance and engaged Cerrone in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cerrone tries to circle away but Noffsinger has him pinned against the cage. Noffsinger lands a left hand that snaps the head of Cerrone backwards. Noffsinger has Cerrone pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Cerrone manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Cerrone breaks from the clinch.
A chopping leg kick lands by Cerrone. Cerrone is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Noffsinger is looking to chop away at Cerrone's legs. Donald Cerrone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Noffsinger tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Donald Cerrone is winning the standup battle so far. Cerrone throws a head kick that Noffsinger semi-blocks.
Noffsinger takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Noffsinger avoids a punch combination nicely.
Noffsinger drives through with a takedown into guard. Cerrone working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Noffsinger. Noffsinger postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Noffsinger throwing strikes from guard but Cerrone blocks nicely. Noffsinger trying to control but Cerrone is working from the bottom. Noffsinger engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Noffsinger missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Noffsinger wants to control from the top but Cerrone keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Percival Noffsinger was stalling too much, according to the referee. Cerrone scoring well with a low kick there.
Cerrone tries to land a front kick but Noffsinger steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Good standup being displayed there by Cerrone as he connects with a hook. Cerrone's jab looks to have found its range, popping Noffsinger under the eye. Noffsinger takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nice sprawl there from Cerrone as Noffsinger shoots in. Donald Cerrone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Percival Noffsinger. Noffsinger gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. This has been an exciting period of action! Noffsinger blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Noffsinger scores with a hook to the body. Cerrone is trying to break the clinch but Noffsinger is controlling him. Cerrone using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Noffsinger has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cerrone throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Noffsinger blocks it with crossed arms. Noffsinger pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. A head kick misses from Cerrone. Donald Cerrone is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Noffsinger moves out of range of the body kick from Cerrone.
Cerrone is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Noffsinger closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Cerrone is trying to break free. Noffsinger has Cerrone pressed against the cage, preventing Cerrone from circling away and getting back to striking at range. A nice right hand lands inside from Cerrone. Cerrone is trying to break the clinch but Noffsinger is controlling him. Cerrone wants to get back to striking at distance but Noffsinger won't allow it.
Cerrone swings wildly with an uppercut but Noffsinger uses good head movement to avoid it. Noffsinger stalls. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Cerrone is pressed up against the cage. Noffsinger has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Cerrone down to the mat. Cerrone avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Donald Cerrone dominated that second round. That's time! Cerrone's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Cerrone throws a leg kick and Noffsinger counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Noffsinger changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cerrone fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Noffsinger on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Some wild striking there from Cerrone.
Cerrone misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Noffsinger counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Cerrone throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Noffsinger slips under a jab. Cerrone goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. A head kick by Cerrone misses enabling Noffsinger to counter with a crisp jab. Noffsinger shoots in for a takedown but Cerrone shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Cerrone throws an overhand right that lands on Noffsinger's shoulder, as Noffsinger tries to avoid the shot. Cerrone throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Noffsinger rushes Cerrone and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Noffsinger tries for a takedown. No joy.

Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Noffsinger has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Cerrone is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Cerrone breaks from the clinch.
Noffsinger manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Cerrone on his heels. He'll look to pass Cerrone's guard now, I'm sure. Noffsinger has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Cerrone lands a leg kick that knocks Noffsinger off balance momentarily. A lazy left from Cerrone finds it's target. Cerrone stuffs the takedown attempt from Noffsinger. Noffsinger gets slowly back to his feet. Noffsinger shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Cerrone napping and manages to drive through into side control! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The strikes coming from Noffsinger are missing the target in this wave of attacks. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cerrone is trying to escape the position but Noffsinger is controlling the position. Cerrone is working to avoid the ground and pound but Noffsinger connects with a decent elbow.
And that's the end of the fight! Percival Noffsinger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Noffsinger has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
