Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jefferey Hoffman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brancaleone Norcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norcia tries for a takedown but Hoffman sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Norcia shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Hoffman is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hoffman moves into full guard.
Hoffman controls Norcia momentarily but Norcia frees himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Norcia not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Hoffman thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Hoffman looking to control.
Norcia is stalling in the full guard.
Norcia passes into half guard.

Hoffman regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Norcia.

Hoffman wants to stand and escape but Norcia is having none of it.
Norcia trying to control the position from guard on top but Hoffman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Norcia stays in close to Hoffman's body and controls the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Brancaleone Norcia was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Norcia rushes Hoffman and presses him up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hoffman stalling in the clinch but Norcia improves position.
Hoffman is trying to push Norcia away but Norcia has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Norcia tries to land knees in the clinch but Hoffman avoids the damage to the body.
Hoffman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Norcia gets a double leg takedown into Hoffman's guard.
Norcia wants to control from the top but Hoffman keeps moving.
Norcia wants to get up but he can't break Hoffman's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hoffman wants to stand but Norcia is controlling the position.

Norcia's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Brancaleone Norcia wasn't active enough on the ground.
Norcia fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hoffman, pushing him back against the cage.
Hoffman has had enough of the clinch but Norcia keeps him there for the moment.
Hoffman gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Norcia.
Hoffman breaks the clinch.
Hoffman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Norcia as he avoids it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Norcia is looking to clinch but Hoffman is avoiding it.
Norcia takes the fight into the clinch.
Hoffman tries to break the clinch but Norcia is controlling the position.
Hoffman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hoffman shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Norcia's guard.
Hoffman is breathing heavily.
Norcia wants to get back to his feet but Hoffman is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hoffman prevents Norcia from getting back to his feet.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Brancaleone Norcia dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Norcia darts in and clinches Hoffman up against the cage.
Norcia drags the fight down to the ground.
Hoffman postures up in Norcia's guard and throws a big left but Norcia blocks it.
Brancaleone Norcia has got the better of the ground game so far.

Norcia has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Hoffman should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Norcia has tightened it up now! Hoffman should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
