The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from WHEELER misses the target.
Some wild striking there from WHEELER.
WHEELER throws a series of punches but Mason moves out of range.
WHEELER takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Mason gets cracked with a nice right hand there by WHEELER.
It looks like Mo Mason has been cut.
WHEELER fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
WHEELER scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
WHEELER throws a series of punches but Mason moves out of range.
WHEELER lands with a nice body punch.
Mason is breathing heavily.
WHEELER drops Mason with a right and a left! WHEELER comes rushing in but Mason regains his composure and manages to keep WHEELER in guard.
Mason is rocked!
WHEELER stands up from Mason's guard - WHEELER perhaps looking for a knockout.
Oh Mason is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
WHEELER scores with a body shot.
Mason seems to have got his legs back now.
WHEELER throws a right and a left that both miss.
WHEELER cracks Mason with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. WHEELER has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Mason to stand back up!
Mo Mason's cut is getting worse.
WHEELER misses with a wild combination.
WHEELER lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Mason can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from WHEELER and Mason drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by WHEELER.
