Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Dween (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wat Wat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jimmy Dween! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Wat Wat! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Dirk Anderson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wat fails with a takedown attempt from distance. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wat is defended easily by Dween. Dween clinches with his opponent.
Dween tightens his grip and picks Wat up, before dumping him to the ground. Wat manages to land in guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wat seems keen to control Dween's posture. Wat looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Dween puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Dween is pressing down on Wat's thigh, looking to free his foot. Wat is holding on for now. Dween is controlling the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dween seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Wat for as long as he can get away with.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wat has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dween is working away from the top position though. Dween could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Wat is not content to let Dween control the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jimmy Dween. Dween closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Wat looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Wat throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Dween tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Wat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dween wants to take a breather but Wat is having none of it. Wat has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dween is working away from the top position though. Dween throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Dween wants to pass the guard but Wat is defending well. Dween stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Wat shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dween as he avoids it easily. Jimmy Dween has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wat Wat. Dween keeps the fight on the outside. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dween clinches up with Wat and pushes him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wat looking to slow down the pace here. Dween jumps guard.
Dween is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Wat is trying to stand.
Dween is keen to just control but Wat is a slippery customer. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Dween thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wat's head. Wat is looking to control Dween's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wat avoid being mounted?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dween sitting and controlling from the half guard.
We're going to have a standup here because Jimmy Dween wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Dween fails in his attempt to clinch. Dween tries to work over Wat's front leg with a kick but Wat checks it. Wat tries to sprawl but Dween drives through with a takedown into half guard. Dween wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wat keeps working. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dween escapes and gets back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dween fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Dween scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jimmy Dween dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Wat fails with a takedown attempt. Dween closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wat circles away. Dween goes for a double leg but Wat avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wat continues to drive forward. Dween is defending well against a takedown attempt. Wat is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Jimmy Dween has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wat Wat. Dween stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Wat tries to stall but Dween uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Dween is defending well against a takedown attempt. Wat tries to break free but Dween pushes him back against the cage. Wat jumps guard but Dween stands there with Wat around his waist. Wat gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Wat content to slow the pace in the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Dween takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Wat jumps guard but Dween turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Wat is trying to stall.
Wat has Dween pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dween manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Wat wants a takedown.
Wat tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dween just stands there and leans against the cage. Dween keeps control of Wat as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Dween pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dween clinches with his opponent.
Dween pulls guard. Dween pulls Wat in to control the position. Dween is looking for a triangle but Wat pushes his legs off easily.
Wat got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dween has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wat has managed to get both his arms back between Dween's legs - danger averted. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Dween is on top in guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Wat tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Wat defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Dween looking to break Wat's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Wat remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Dween will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Wat just trying to survive but Dween is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Wat can't escape the position.
Jimmy Dween overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wat defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Dween's arms. Wat trying to control but not successfully. Dween is hanging on to Wat's back as he tries to escape.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dween throwing damaging strikes from the back! Wat could be in trouble here!
Wat is trying to break free.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dween punishes Wat with strikes from the back mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jimmy Dween dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Wat pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dween moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Dween throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Wat tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dween is in Wat's guard. Dween lands a couple of digs. Dween trying to control the position from guard on top but Wat is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wat really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dween. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Dween forces his way into half guard. Wat is staying active underneath Dween, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Dween is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Wat is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dween stops Wat from getting back to his feet.
Dween lands with a punch from half guard. Wat is not content to let Dween control the position. Dween works his foot free and advances to mount. Wat is looking to get to half guard. Wat tries to lock up and control but Dween gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Dween is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Wat can do to turn this around?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wat has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. Can Wat hold on?! Dween is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Dween controlling the positon. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Dween's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Wat tries to break free.
Wat controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dween controlling well, preventing Wat from escaping the position.
Dween is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Wat fending off the submission attempt from Dween. Dween is looking to control Wat but Wat is wriggling around and keeping busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! What can Wat do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
