The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Kenichi Hosakawa and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rape throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Salter's waist but Salter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rape off to one side.
Salter looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Radar Salter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Salter throws a head kick that Rape semi-blocks.
Salter scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Salter lands a nice looking body shot.
Rape shoots for a double leg takedown but Salter sprawls well. He's pushed Rape's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Salter lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Salter throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Rape doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

BOOM! Salter lands a beautiful left hook that drops Rape. Rape tries to recover but Salter is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Rape lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
