Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ben Marbury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Logan Moules (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moules has chosen A Warriors Call as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marbury has his takedown stuffed
and Moules counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Moules is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Moules is trying to control. Marbury wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Marbury looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Moules is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Marbury is looking for a sweep. Moules is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Moules content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Logan Moules hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Marbury gets caught napping as Moules dives in and scores a takedown. Marbury manages to retain guard.
Marbury is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Moules wants to get up but he can't break Marbury's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Marbury wants to stand up but Moules is controlling him.

Marbury manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Moules closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Moules lands in his opponent's guard.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Marbury.
Moules shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Marbury's guard.

Moules stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Marbury swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Ben Marbury just wasn't active enough.

Moules feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Moules accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Moules is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Marbury still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Marbury has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Moules throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Marbury was covering up waiting for the punch and Moules finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Moules pushing down on Marbury's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Moules seems to be looking for submissions.
Marbury moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moules looking to sit in guard and control but Marbury gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Moules throws his legs up looking for a submission but Marbury uses it to pass to side control.
Marbury stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Moules looks for the body kick but Marbury saw that one coming.
Moules darts in and clinches Marbury up against the cage.

Marbury drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Moules gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Moules content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Moules manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ben Marbury.
Well Moules has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
