The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne lands a nice looking body kick.
Jander stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wayne.
Wayne takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Wayne with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
The crowd cheers as Jander lands an impressive looking overhand right. Wayne doesn't seem phased though.

Jander really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

A telegraphed right hand from Jander misses the target.
Wayne scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A slow jab from Wayne misses its intended target.
Jander tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wayne was well out of range. Poor timing from Jander.
Wayne moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Wayne.
Wayne takes one on the chin but seems OK.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wayne lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Wayne, right into the meat.
Wayne misses with a straight right.
Jander's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Wayne connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jander scrambles back to his feet.
Jander is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Jander has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Wayne.
Jander slips under a jab from Wayne.
Wayne lunges at Jander with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jander's hand.
Wayne throws out a powerful jab.
Jander keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jander drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

It looks like Jigoro Jander has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wayne throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Jander crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
