Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ramon Skeltz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dmirtii Meshkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ramon Skeltz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dmirtii Meshkov! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skeltz lands a nice shot to the body.
Skeltz scores with a one two! Meshkov had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Skeltz looks to land a combination. Meshkov sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Dmirtii Meshkov has been cut. Meshkov has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Skeltz bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Meshkov's head backwards. Skeltz displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Meshkov. Nice shot lands for Skeltz. A lazy left from Skeltz finds it's target. Meshkov drops his hands momentarily and Skeltz takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Meshkov dives in for a single leg takedown but Skeltz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Skeltz manages to break the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Skeltz lands with a straight right. Meshkov didn't see that one coming. Nice jab there from Skeltz. Meshkov takes one on the chin but seems OK.
That's one minute gone in the round. Skeltz moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Skeltz misses with a few strikes there.
Skeltz jabs at Meshkov's body. Meshkov dives in for a single leg takedown but Skeltz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Ramon Skeltz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dmirtii Meshkov. Skeltz tries to break the clinch but Meshkov is controlling the position. Skeltz is trying to maintain a safe position but Meshkov gets an underhook and turns Skeltz into the cage. Skeltz breaks from the clinch.
Skeltz throws out a powerful jab. Skeltz scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Meshkov doesn't seem bothered though. Ramon Skeltz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Skeltz closes the distance and lands a one-two. Skeltz throws a series of strikes that have Meshkov backpedaling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Skeltz lands with a hook. Meshkov tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. A jab from Skeltz does it's job there.
Meshkov is rocked! Meshkov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Skeltz. Meshkov is still on wobbly legs! Can Skeltz finish him? Skeltz is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Skeltz pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Ramon Skeltz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Skeltz throws a lazy right hand but Meshkov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Skeltz is working the combinations to good effect here. A big left from Skeltz misses. Skeltz is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Skeltz plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Meshkov to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Meshkov just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ramon Skeltz!
