Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Richard Daugherty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio El Croco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). El Croco is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Saw Theme - Bonecrusher ft. Lil Jon. The key to victory for Richard Daugherty has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
El Croco shoots in for a double leg but Daugherty sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
El Croco shoots in looking for a takedown. Daugherty tries to sprawl out of it but El Croco keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Daugherty manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Antonio El Croco hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Daugherty could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
El Croco lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Daugherty!

El Croco has control of Daugherty's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Daugherty regains control of the situation pretty easily.

You get the feeling that Daugherty really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Let's hope that El Croco has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Antonio El Croco showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Daugherty closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. El Croco quickly recovers to half guard.

I would just about give that final round to Antonio El Croco.
Well El Croco has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
