Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aeron Scarret (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Robeau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bill Robeau told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

10 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Aeron Scarret!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bill Robeau!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robeau looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Robeau throws a lazy uppercut
and Scarret counters with a big head kick but Robeau shrugs it off.
Robeau throws a nice looking combination but Scarret bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Scarret lands a nice shot to the body.
Robeau misses with a takedown attempt - Scarret sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Scarret tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Robeau closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Scarret tries to improve position but can't.
Scarret sneaks back into half guard.
Robeau is looking to take a break and control but Scarret is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Robeau is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Scarret is trying is best to control the position here.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Bill Robeau wasn't active enough on the ground.
Robeau fails with a takedown attempt.
Aeron Scarret has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bill Robeau.

It looks like Bill Robeau has been cut.
Robeau closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Scarret quickly recovers to half guard.

Robeau wants to take a breather but Scarret is having none of it.
Robeau thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Aeron Scarret.
Robeau gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Scarret counters with a head kick that wobbles Robeau - left then right he sways and one more bomb from Scarret sends him down. This one is all over!
