Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crunch! Mchugh slams his shin into Dyrdek's torso.
Mchugh is looking to clinch but Dyrdek is avoiding it.
Dyrdek looks to land a combination but Mchugh avoids it well.
Mchugh tries a head kick but it misses.
Dyrdek lands a jab to the nose.
Dyrdek throws a nice looking combination but Mchugh bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Mchugh tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Dyrdek fails to land with a series of punches.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dyrdek looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mchugh tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dyrdek moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

and Mchugh counters with a leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Mchugh, right into the meat.
Mchugh takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mchugh takes one to the side of the head.
Dyrdek stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mchugh.
Dyrdek is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A punch combination from Mchugh misses.
Mchugh tries to clinch up.
Dyrdek wants to clinch but Mchugh slips to the side
and Mchugh counters with a slapping leg kick.
Mchugh feints and then cracks Dyrdek's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Dyrdek down.
Mchugh throws a sloppy head kick and Dyrdek moves out of range easily.
Mchugh tries a head kick but it misses.
Dyrdek throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mchugh misses with a head kick.
Mchugh scores with a head kick.
Mchugh uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dyrdek.
Dyrdek slips a jab and a cross from Mchugh.
Mchugh forces Dyrdek back against the cage and clinches.
Mchugh has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Dyrdek avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Mchugh breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dyrdek throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Mchugh tries to clinch up.
Dyrdek misses with a combination
and Mchugh counters with a head kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Mchugh throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Dyrdek on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Mchugh is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Oh Dyrdek is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mchugh shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dyrdek as he jumps to the side.
Whack! Mchugh lands a heavy head kick that drops Dyrdek. The ref tackles Mchugh to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Dyrdek was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Micky Mchugh!
