Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aloisio throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Armani ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Armani throws a leg kick but Aloisio sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Aloisio thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Armani if he has to take too many more of those.
Armani lands a head shot.
Aloisio is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Armani.
Armani's coach down at Cozad MMA Los Angeles was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Armani's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Aloisio connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Armani on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Aloisio misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Armani counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Aloisio badly! Armani follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Aloisio out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Armani finished him against the cage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Leonardo Armani!
