The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruane fails in his attempt to clinch.
Horrible takedown by Ruane or perhaps it was just good defense by Oley which made him look bad.
Ruane tries to clinch there but Oley circles away.
Ruane shoots in for a takedown but Oley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ruane has a takedown stuffed.
Anya Oley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaxen Ruane.
Ruane avoids the body shot from Oley.
Ruane tries to close the distance and clinch but Oley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ruane checks the leg kick.
Oley throws a low kick but Ruane moves out of range easily.
Ruane fails with the takedown
and Oley counters with a takedown into side control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Oley in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Ruane is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
