Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Saigon The Yard Father (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yoko Gushiken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Yard Father comes to the cage accompanied by Saigon - Get Busy. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Saigon The Yard Father! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Yoko Gushiken! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gushiken stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gushiken wants it to stay on the feet. The Yard Father misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Gushiken throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent The Yard Father stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Gushiken throws a right and a left that both miss. A telegraphed takedown attempt from The Yard Father is defended easily by Gushiken. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Saigon The Yard Father. That's going to take a lot out of him. The Yard Father takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Gushiken stuffs the takedown. We've been informed that Gushiken has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. The Yard Father dives in and grabs Gushiken's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gushiken pushes down on The Yard Father's head and hops out. Saigon The Yard Father seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The Yard Father looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. The Yard Father shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gushiken as he avoids it easily. The Yard Father misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Yard Father misses with a takedown attempt - Gushiken sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Gushiken lands with an overhand left. Gushiken ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Gushiken feints with a jab and clips The Yard Father right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! The Yard Father is sent crashing into the canvas and Gushiken leaps in for the kill! The Yard Father tries to get to his feet but Gushiken is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that The Yard Father is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yoko Gushiken! Yoko Gushiken seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
