The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mori misses with a straight left.
Robertson misses with a low kick.
Robertson dips to his left and cracks Mori with an uppercut!

It looks like Memento Mori has been cut.
Robertson throws a right and a left that Mori avoids nicely.
Mori connects with a looping right hand.

It looks like Jase Robertson has been cut.
Mori on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Mori tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Robertson looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Mori feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Robertson's calf.

Robertson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Mori lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Robertson throws a hook to the side of Mori's head but Mori sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Mori shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Mori showed some decent athleticism there.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Mori throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Mori frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Mori can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Robertson is looking to escape.

Robertson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

We've been hearing good reports from Mori's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
