Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jonas Torres! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Francisco Capriani! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torres shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Capriani is trying to defend but Torres finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Capriani tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Torres has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Torres raining down hammerfists from mount. Capriani tries to hold on but Torres pushes him away. Capriani is trying to escape the mount.
Torres looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Capriani is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Capriani can't escape the position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Capriani takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Capriani can't escape the position.
Capriani tries to improve his position but instead Torres has taken his back! Torres has the hooks in. Capriani is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. A lull in the action here.
Torres lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Capriani.

Capriani looking very determined here, making life difficult for Torres.
Capriani really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Torres. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Torres is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Capriani covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
