Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mota shoots in for a takedown but Hubert shows good takedown defense.
Mota pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Mota throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hubert's waist but Hubert gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mota off to one side.
Hubert tries to bum rush Mota with a series of wild strikes but Mota uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hubert throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mota showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hubert.
Hubert circles away from the clinch attempt.

Mota fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hubert, pushing him back against the cage.
Mota tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hubert just stands there and leans against the cage.
John Hubert has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Demetryos Mota.
Mota tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

It looks like Demetryos Mota has been cut.
Mota wants to control the position but Hubert says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Mota is still in real trouble! Can Hubert finish him?
Hubert lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Mota! More strikes land and this one is all over! Hubert jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
