Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between King Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eustaquio Braga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Eustaquio Braga was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, King Kong! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Eustaquio Braga! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Leandro Rodrigues and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kong. Kong keeps the fight on the outside. Kong has Braga up against the cage in a clinch.
Kong has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Braga is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. A bit of stalling here from Kong.
Kong goes for a takedown attempt but Braga pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for King Kong. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kong slips under a jab from Braga. Braga tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kong was well out of range. Poor timing from Braga. Kong darts in and clinches Braga up against the cage. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kong takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Kong breaks from the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Braga shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Braga scores with a decent looking hook. Kong really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Braga tries to clinch up and Kong counters by moving into the clinch. Kong successfully pulls guard.
Kong wants to sweep here but Braga controlling him for the moment. Kong is looking for a triangle but Braga pushes his legs off easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kong looking for a guillotine here but Braga defends easily.
Braga wants to control from the top but Kong keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kong escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Braga gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Kong working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Braga doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Braga manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Kong had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Braga defends it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Braga got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kong has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Braga has managed to get both his arms back between Kong's legs - danger averted. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Braga wanted to stand there but Kong had control of the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
King Kong dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Kong fails with a takedown attempt. Kong moves in looking to clinch but Braga pushes him off. Braga tries to clinch but Kong moves away and Kong counters by moving into the clinch. Kong is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Kong has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Braga after a bit of a struggle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for King Kong. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kong tries to score a body lock takedown but Braga shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Kong has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Braga uses from the top position. Kong is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kong is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Braga is controlling him.

Kong is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Braga rolls with it to try and escape but Kong cranks on the arm and Braga is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
