The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oracion shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Oracion is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Snapp defends it well.
Oracion throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Snapp to regain full guard.
Oracion drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Snapp manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Oracion has Snapp in his guard.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Snapp has eaten all the pies!
Snapp drops back, looking for a kneebar! Oracion looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Oracion looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Oracion!

Oracion wants to lay and pray for a moment but Snapp keeps working.
Oracion lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Oracion tries for a kimura but Snapp is defending well.

Snapp really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Oracion. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Oracion tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Snapp wants to get back to his feet.

Oracion is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Snapp is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Oracion is looking to take a break and control but Snapp is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Oracion is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Snapp looks calm but he's in trouble here. Oracion gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Snapp is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Oracion lets go of the hold and Snapp can pop his arm back in it's socket.
