Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ilir Latifi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morum Watanabei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Watanabei has chosen Funky Worm as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Latifi or perhaps it was just good defense by Watanabei which made him look bad.
Ilir Latifi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Latifi shoots in looking for a takedown. Watanabei tries to sprawl out of it but Latifi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Watanabei manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Latifi really is a fat lump.
Latifi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Watanabei as he jumps to the side.

Latifi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Latifi has control of Watanabei's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Watanabei regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Latifi has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Watanabei's face.

Watanabei really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Latifi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Latifi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Watanabei tries to avoid it but Latifi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Watanabei to the ground. Watanabei escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Morum Watanabei bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
