Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jarni Kutsoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grant Fortune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kutsoo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Enter Sandman. Jarni Kutsoo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Grant Fortune!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kutsoo shoots in for a takedown but Fortune shows good takedown defense.
Kutsoo dives in and grabs Fortune's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fortune pushes down on Kutsoo's head and hops out.
Fortune shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Fortune showed some decent athleticism there.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Kutsoo is trying to get back to full guard.
Fortune is looking to take a break and control but Kutsoo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Fortune winds up and cracks Kutsoo with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Kutsoo regains full guard. Nicely done.
Kutsoo is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Fortune is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Kutsoo tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Kutsoo utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Jarni Kutsoo has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Kutsoo closes the distance looking to clinch
and Fortune counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Fortune.

Kutsoo thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Kutsoo is trying to control the position but Fortune postures up.
Fortune trying to control but Kutsoo is working from the bottom.
Kutsoo controls Fortune momentarily but Fortune frees himself.
Fortune in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Fortune must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kutsoo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fortune defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jarni Kutsoo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fortune gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kutsoo to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Fortune wants to sweep but no luck.

Kutsoo would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fortune wants to sweep here but Kutsoo controlling him for the moment.
Kutsoo has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Fortune to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Kutsoo is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Fortune pulls down on the head and he's put Kutsoo to sleep! This one is all over!
