Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mano Thao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Wilczy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thao comes to the cage accompanied by Sabotage by Beastie Boys. Mano Thao could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jan Wilczy's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thao takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Thao tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wilczy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Wilczy makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Thao tries to close the distance and clinch but Wilczy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Thao's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Thao wants to clinch up but Wilczy keeps it at a distance.
Thao throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Wilczy is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Thao had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Wilczy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Oh Thao is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Thao stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wilczy.
Wilczy throws a hook to the side of Thao's head but Thao sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Wilczy is looking to slow Thao down with leg kicks.
Thao seems to have got his legs back now.
Wilczy chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Wilczy keeps the fight on the outside.
Wilczy throws a quick inside leg kick.
Thao swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Thao takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Thao tries to clinch but Wilczy moves out of range.

The fight stays on the outside here - Thao looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Wilczy gets tackled into the cage by Thao. Thao maintains the clinch.

Thao lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Thao is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wilczy.
Thao tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Thao throws a head kick that Wilczy semi-blocks.

Wilczy gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Thao gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
