Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Juan Bruce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Weidman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weidman has chosen Alab ng Puso-Abra as his entrance music. Chris Weidman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bruce avoids a kick to the body.
Weidman circles away from the clinch attempt and Weidman counters with a one-two to the body. Weidman throws a head kick that misses. Bruce shoots in looking for a takedown but Weidman manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bruce's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bruce is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Juan Bruce has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Weidman on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Chris Weidman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Weidman has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
