Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Logan Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jyoti Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evans has chosen Outboy da Rude Boy as his entrance music. Jyoti Evans has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Logan Sackett's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett misses the shot to the body.
Evans displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sackett throws out the jab.
Evans slips a jab from Sackett.
Sackett lands with a thumping leg kick.
Sackett throws a sloppy head kick and Evans moves out of range easily.
A nice leg kick lands there from Sackett.
Evans misses with an uppercut.
Sackett scores with a hook.
Sackett misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sackett. Evans does a little dance to reset his feet.
The crowd cheers as Evans lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sackett doesn't seem phased though.
Sackett lands a nice shot that snaps Evans's head back.
Sackett throws a hook but Evans blocks it.
Evans swings for the body but Sackett moves out of range.
Evans checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Evans dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Evans throws a head kick but Sackett moves out of range.
Sackett throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Evans looks to land a left hand but Sackett moved out of range nicely.

Evans swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Evans thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Sackett if he has to take too many more of those.
Evans pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sackett swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sackett crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Evans - the referee stops the clock and Sackett gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Evans. Sackett manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Evans avoids the body shot from Sackett.
Evans throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sackett sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Evans uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Sackett.
Evans throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sackett shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Sackett fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Evans manages to avoid it.
Evans fails in his attempt to clinch.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sackett, as that shot connected.
A shot to the liver by Sackett. Beautiful body shot.

Evans needs to keep his hands up - Sackett had a free shot at his head there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Evans tries to move into range but Sackett moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Sackett uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Evans.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Evans has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Sackett throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Evans's head.
Evans tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sackett manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sackett lands a nice looking kick to the body. Evans takes a step back to recover.
An inside leg kick from Sackett misses.
Evans shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sackett as he avoids it easily.
That kick from Sackett tenderised Evans's leg. Evans is trying to keep his angry face on.
Sackett uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Evans has time to react.

Evans walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Sackett! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
