Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Keith Martin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mario Eikmeyer!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Martin as he connects with a hook.
Mario Eikmeyer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Eikmeyer takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Martin slaps away a takedown attempt from Eikmeyer, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Martin cracks Eikmeyer with an open hand slap.
Martin lands with a nice body punch.
Martin scoring well with a low kick there.
Martin lands with a straight right. Eikmeyer didn't see that one coming.
Martin jabs Eikmeyer right on the nose. Eikmeyer blinks but takes it well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Martin scores with a jab.
Martin lands an overhand right.
Martin scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Martin keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Eikmeyer walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Martin connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Eikmeyer tries for a takedown but Martin circles away easily
and Martin counters with a nice uppercut.
Keith Martin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mario Eikmeyer.
Eikmeyer shoots in and drives through. Martin sprawls well.
Eikmeyer has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Martin finds it's way round the side to connect with Eikmeyer's head.
The fighters circle momentarily. Martin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Nice takedown defense from Martin. No joy for Eikmeyer on that attempt.
Eikmeyer looks winded!
Martin throws a good cross that connects.
Martin jabs Eikmeyer right on the nose. Eikmeyer blinks but takes it well.
Martin is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Eikmeyer takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Martin looks to land a combination. Eikmeyer sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.


Eikmeyer is rocked!
A telegraphed right hand from Martin misses the target.
Eikmeyer is still on wobbly legs! Can Martin finish him?
Eikmeyer staying out of range there.
Eikmeyer uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Martin.
and Martin counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Eikmeyer! He's just covering up as Martin starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Keith Martin!
