Johnson comes to the cage accompanied by I was made for loving you -by- Kiss. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Johnson closes the distance and clinches.
Johnson can't find room to land a body shot as Grey controls the action.
Grey looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Johnson trying to land knees to the body.
Grey jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Johnson walks away with a smile on his face. Grey gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Johnson gets a clinch.
Grey fails to pull guard.
Johnson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Greys head.

It looks like Jon Grey has been cut.
Grey takes a shot to the head.
Johnson prevents Grey from breaking the clinch.
Grey is trying to break the clinch but Johnson has him pressed against the cage.
Grey tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Chubby Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Grey.

Grey breaks from the clinch.
Johnson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Grey.
Grey misses with a body shot.

Johnson rushes Grey and presses him up against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Grey is trying to pull guard but Johnson has him pressed against the cage.
Johnson is leaning against Grey and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Johnson lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Grey looks winded!

Grey is rocked!
Johnson lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Grey backwards.
Grey is still on wobbly legs! Can Johnson finish him?
We've been hearing reports that Johnson has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Johnson pushes Grey against the cage. Johnson is working some dirty boxing. Johnson pushes off with a quick right hook! Grey goes down! Grey tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Johnson moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

After the fight, Chubby Johnson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
