The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sentrie takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sentrie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Furia tries to avoid it but Sentrie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Furia to the ground. Furia escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Furia might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Sentrie shoots for a double leg takedown but Furia sprawls well. He's pushed Sentrie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Furia tries to stand but can't do so whilst Sentrie controls his leg.
Sentrie makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Sentrie.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Furia wants to get up but he can't break Sentrie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Sentrie could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Sentrie tries to score a power double leg takedown but Furia sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sentrie somewhat.

Furia rolls with it to try and escape but Sentrie cranks on the arm and Furia is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
