Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trent Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcin Waligora (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Trent Rock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marcin Waligora! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rock takes a swing at Waligora's ribcage but misses. Trent Rock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rock jabbing away but nothing is landing. Rock definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Waligora uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rock. Waligora avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Waligora drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Rock throws a nice looking combination but Waligora bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rock connects with a right hand. Waligora shakes it off. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Waligora uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rock. Rock throws a hook to the side of Waligora's head but Waligora sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Waligora will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rock gets tackled into the cage by Waligora. Waligora maintains the clinch. Waligora breaks the clinch.
Rock throws out a loose jab but Waligora uses good head movement to avoid it. Waligora showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rock.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rock looks to land a left hand but Waligora moved out of range nicely. Rock throws a head kick that misses and Waligora counters by clinching up. Come on Waligora - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Waligora breaks the clinch.
Rock throws a combination that misses and Waligora moves into the clinch. Waligora breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rock. Waligora does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rock instigates a clinch. Waligora escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Left hook, right uppercut from Waligora. Waligora slips under a jab. Waligora slips a straight right by Rock. Rock feints a jab promting Waligora to slip. Rock then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Waligora slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rock misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Waligora counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Rock wants to get back to his feet but Waligora is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Waligora is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Rock lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Waligora circles away quickly and effectively. A shot to the body from Rock misses and Waligora counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rock won't be happy with that. Rock is breathing heavily. Rock pushes Waligora away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Waligora gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Waligora controlling the position from side mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Waligora's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Marcin Waligora wasn't active enough on the ground. Rock looks to clinch and Waligora counters with a nice double leg into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rock keeping full guard, as Waligora tries to pass. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Waligora is stalling in the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Marcin Waligora will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

and Waligora counters with a nice double leg into guard. Rock working a defensive guard but Waligora passes into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Let's hope that Waligora has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Trent Rock wasn't doing enough on the ground. Rock dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Waligora takes a shot right to the bread basket. Waligora looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Rock throws a wild body kick that Waligora sees coming a mile off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rock thows a left - swing and a miss! Waligora slips a jab from Rock. Rock tries to clinch up but Waligora circles away and keeps his distance. Rock falls off balance throwing a combination
and Waligora counters with a shoot takedown. Rock fights it but they end up in guard. Marcin Waligora has got the better of the ground game so far. This has been an exciting period of action! Rock is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Waligora content to stall in guard here.

Waligora keeps the fight on the outside. Rock changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Waligora tries to avoid it but Rock manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Waligora to the ground. Waligora escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Waligora lands a jab-cross combination. Rock thows a body shot but no joy. Rock misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Waligora counters with a series of strikes. Rock will be more careful next time no doubt. Waligora will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A head kick misses from Rock. Rock misses with a shot to the body and Waligora counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Waligora prevents Rock from improving his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Waligora is controlling the pace.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Waligora lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Waligora. Waligora lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Waligora misses with a series of wild punches.
Waligora rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rock moves out of range and avoids them all easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Marcin Waligora showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Rock's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Waligora stalks Rock and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rock's face. Rock staggers backwards, shaken. Rock swings for the body but Waligora moves out of range.
Trent Rock is winning the standup battle so far. Waligora fails to land with a series of punches.
Rock scores with a head kick. Waligora tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Rock rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Waligora moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Rock tries to clinch up and Waligora counters with a one-two to the body.
Rock is rocked! Waligora connects with a stiff jab that staggers Rock - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Marcin Waligora!
