Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Like Whoa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perry Pardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pardy tries to clinch there but Whoa circles away.
Pardy has Whoa up against the cage in a clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Pardy.
Whoa is looking to control Pardy's arms but Pardy gets an underhook and turns him. Now Whoa has his back to the cage.
Pardy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pardy fails with a takedown attempt.
Whoa scores with a jab to the body.
Pardy closes the distance and clinches.

Pardy lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Like Whoa has been cut.

Whoa lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pardy circles away quickly and effectively.
Like Whoa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Whoa moves in looking to clinch but Pardy pushes him off.
Whoa slaps away a takedown attempt from Pardy, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Whoa leaves Pardy with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Perry Pardy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pardy shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Whoa sprawls well. Whoa wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Pardy gets slowly back to his feet.

and Whoa counters with a nice body shot.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Pardy counters by clinching up.

That's time! Whoa's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Pardy misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Whoa is looking to wear down Pardy with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Whoa swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Pardy shoots for a double leg takedown but Whoa sprawls well. He's pushed Pardy's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Pardy dodges the punch combination from Whoa.
Pardy moves into the clinch.
Pardy tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Whoa's elbow.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Pardy tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Whoa avoids it.
Pardy creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
The referee is keeping an eye on Pardy - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Whoa seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Pardy is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.

Pardy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Whoa throws a body punch but Pardy moves out of range.

Pardy darts in looking for a takedown but Whoa gets double underhooks and turns Pardy into the cage.

Whoa fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Pardy, pushing him back against the cage.

Perry Pardy seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Pardy tries to score a body lock takedown but Whoa shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Pardy is trying to pull guard but Whoa turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Pardy jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Whoa walks away with a smile on his face. Pardy gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Pardy looks for a takedown but Whoa sprawls well.
Pardy tries to score a power double leg takedown but Whoa sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pardy somewhat.

Whoa throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Whoa cracks a nice hook into Pardy's ribs.

Whoa ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pardy moves away.

Like Whoa has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Pardy shoots in but Whoa avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Pardy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Whoa's waist but Whoa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Pardy off to one side.
Perry Pardy is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Whoa stalks Pardy and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pardy's face. Pardy staggers backwards, shaken.
And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Perry Pardy.
I've got Pardy winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
