Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hiro Sakurai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mordorj Byambasuren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sakurai's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Blood Rave. Mordorj Byambasuren has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiro Sakurai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mordorj Byambasuren!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Sosuke Kotani and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Byambasuren dives in and scores a takedown into Sakurai's guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Byambasuren trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Sakurai working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Byambasuren doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Byambasuren manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Sakurai escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Byambasuren gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Sakurai looking to hit a scissor sweep but Byambasuren is one step ahead there.
Byambasuren tries to free his leg and advance position but Sakurai is retaining full guard.
Sakurai has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Byambasuren drops back, looking for a kneebar! Sakurai looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Sakurai looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Sakurai!
Sakurai content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Byambasuren wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Byambasuren tries to bench press Sakurai off him but Sakurai keeps the position.
Sakurai wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Byambasuren, who protects the arm well.
Byambasuren tries to buck Sakurai off but Sakurai is having none of it.
Sakurai moves into full mount!
Byambasuren takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Sakurai is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Sakurai takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Byambasuren is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Sakurai pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Sakurai working for a guillotine from mount but Byambasuren is in no mood to give up.
Sakurai is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Byambasuren has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Sakurai is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Byambasuren wants to try and get back to his feet.

Sakurai has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Byambasuren's face.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sakurai loads up with a big shot that hurts Byambasuren! He's pulled Sakurai in close but Sakurai has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Byambasuren survive? More strikes from Sakurai and Byambasuren is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!

During a confident post fight interview, Hiro Sakurai thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
