Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Draco Gulliver!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skantze Jr stuns Gulliver with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
We've been told by Skantze Jr's head coaches at Synergy Fight Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A punch combination from Skantze Jr misses.
Gulliver takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Gulliver clinches up with Skantze Jr and pushes him back against the cage.
Gulliver has Skantze Jr pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Gulliver pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Skantze Jr tumbling to the mat - Gulliver dives into Skantze Jr's guard.
Gulliver stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Skantze Jr swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Gulliver won't allow Skantze Jr to sweep him here.
Skantze Jr is looking to cinch up a triangle. Gulliver throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Skantze Jr's body to avoid the submission. Skantze Jr has instead reached around Gulliver's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Skantze Jr arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). John Skantze Jr!
