Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Cherry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conan Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Cherry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Conan Balboa!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balboa scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Balboa throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Cherry feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Cherry with a nice head shot there.
Cherry lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Cherry stands and throws Balboa's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Balboa is pushing Cherry's head away, looking to escape. Cherry manages to hold on to the position though.
Balboa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cherry. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Cherry lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Cherry is working to tighten his grip on Balboa's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Balboa has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Cherry is really squeezing tight and eventually Balboa passes out! Cherry breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Jack Cherry!
A very excited looking Jack Cherry made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
