Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Tourney Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Smalls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tourney Fighter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Smalls!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Smallss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Good standup being displayed there by Fighter as he connects with a hook.
Fighter lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Smalls missing with a left hand there. Fighter was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Smalls thows a body shot but no joy.
Smalls takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Fighter tests Smalls's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Smalls misses with an uppercut.
Fighter scores with a jab to the jaw.
Fighter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fighter swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Smalls closes the distance and pushes Fighter back into the ropes.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Smalls blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Smalls throws an elbow that misses.
Fighter is trying to stall.
Smalls is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Fighter is defending well for now.
Smalls tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Smalls struggles to land a body shot inside as Fighter controls his hands.

A head punch blocked on the inside by Fighter.
Smalls throws a knee to the head but misses.
Fighter tries to throw a body punch but Smalls avoids it by throwing Fighter back against the ropes.
Fighter misses with a punch on the inside.
Fighter lands a left hand.
Smalls misses with the head strike.
Fighter cracks Smalls with a nice body shot.
Smalls lands an elbow inside that Fighter shrugs off.
Fighter blocks an elbow strike.
Fighter lands with a right to the head.
Fighter lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Smalls tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Fighter avoids it.
Smalls has Fighter pressed against the ropes.
Smalls has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Fighter seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Smalls can turn it around.
A short right from Fighter on the inside.
Smalls pushes off an throws an elbow but Fighter leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.
Smalls misses with an elbow strike.
Fighter misses with a punch on the inside.
Fighter has a couple of punches blocked by Smalls.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fighter misses with a knee to the head.
With the two fighters working up against the ropes, Smalls just misses with a elbow thrown towards Fighter's brow.
Smalls throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Smalls's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
A short right hand to the side of the head by Fighter.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smalls creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Fighter lands a left hand.
Fighter is trying to stall.
Smalls looking to slow down the pace here.
Fighter looking to slow down the pace here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fighter scores with a shot to the side of Smalls's head.
Smalls throws an elbow but it misses.
Fighter lands a hook to the side of the head.
Smalls tries to land a knee to the head but Fighter blocks with his arms.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tourney Fighter dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!


Smalls does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Smalls bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Fighter stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Smalls closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Knees in the clinch landing for Fighter.
Smalls throws an elbow but it misses.
Smalls missing with knees to the body.
Smalls is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.
Smalls misses with a punch on the inside.
Smalls tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Smalls has a couple of punches blocked by Fighter.
Fighter blocks the elbow strike.
Fighter avoids the elbow strike from Smalls, against the ropes.
Fighter is looking to control Smalls's arms but Smalls gets an underhook and turns him. Now Fighter has his back to the ropes.
A head punch on the inside from Smalls fails to land.
Fighter throws a head punch that misses.
Fighter lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Smalls backwards.

Fighter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fighter cracks Smalls with a good jab.
Fighter lands an overhand right.
Fighter lands a lovely overhand right.
Fighter is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Smalls drops his guard momentarily, allowing Fighter to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Smalls! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Fighter takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Tourney Fighter!
