The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Balboa.
Balboa swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Balboa closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Balboa is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Adams is forced to tap! Great finish!
