Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Eliza Hachem and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Medina throws a lazy head kick
and Myers counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Myers.
Myers wants to stall.
Myers could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Myers slowing the pace effectively.
Medina has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Myers is trying to keep an underhook but Medina manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Medina perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Medina works his foot free and advances to mount.

Myers is working to get back to half guard.

Medina moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Myers has worked his arm free - good work by Myers!
Medina looks up at the clock and then as Myers takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Medina smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Medina wants to stand but Myers is controlling his arm.

Medina is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Myers is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Medina works to advance to full mount. Myers defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Myers shoots in but Medina avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Myers tries to keep at a distance but Medina has taken the fight into the clinch.
Medina's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Myers might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Medina just misses with a elbow thrown towards Myers's brow.
Medina is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Medina is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Myers is trying to break the clinch but Medina is controlling him.
Medina lands a hook that snaps the head of Myers backwards.
Medina manages to pull guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Medina can do anything to dispel that myth.
Medina manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Myers manages to get himself to full guard.
Myers has an active guard here but Medina has managed to pass into half guard.

Myers wants to improve his position but Medina is controlling well.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Medina slips into full mount, dodging the strikes by Myers.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Myers throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.

Nacho Medina showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Myers's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Myers shoots in for a takedown but Medina shows good takedown defense.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Myers misses with a takedown attempt - Medina sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Myers gets caught flat footed, as Medina shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Myers is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Medina defends well.

Medina is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Myers knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Medina is trying to get an arm triangle but Myers is defending well.
Myers takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Medina tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Medina has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Myers is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Medina has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Myers is letting Medina control him for a moment.
Medina goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Myers has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Medina but great work by Myers.

Nacho Medina comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Medina has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
