Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Masutatsu Oyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gilbert Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oyama comes into the arena with World Order - Permanent Revolution blaring out of the sound system. Gilbert Smith told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Oyama paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Smith moves in looking to clinch but Oyama pushes him off.
Smith is looking to clinch but Oyama is avoiding it.
A combination from Oyama does no damage.
Oyama lands with a hook. Smith tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Gilbert Smith has been cut.
Oyama scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Oyama wobbles Smith with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Oyama dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Smith to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!

Masutatsu Oyama seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
In defeat, Gilbert Smith stepped up to the mic, saying 'I cane out and gave it my best came up short but ill be back and this time ill be the winner'.
